Estimated delivery time within the United States is 10–15 business days from the date of order.

This includes:

  • 24–48 hours for order processing

  • 8–13 business days for transit and delivery

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance (if applicable), or other factors beyond our control.


3. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order at any time directly through our website.

If tracking information is not immediately available, please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the status.


4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. Any promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on our website.


5. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

VELIRA is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment in such cases.

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.
